SMAC Moving Coil Actuators are an excellent option to reduce the audible (dB) noise, as an alternative to pneumatic devices. Pneumatics not only make a great deal of noise, but they are also not environmentally “friendly” due to air consumption, noisy compressor and hydraulic fluid leakage,and ongoing maintenance requirement.
